Taicket provides an intelligent support ticket system powered by TAI (our AI support engine) designed for Discord communities. Key functionalities include:

• Ticket creation in dedicated text channels or private threads.
• TAI intelligent support responses informed by server rules and custom knowledge bases.
• Interactive support containers, claim queues, and staff escalation routing.
• Temporary voice support channels.
• Generation and cloud storage of searchable ticket web transcripts.
• A centralized web control panel for server configuration and ticket management.

2. Eligibility & Discord Account Security

To use the Service, you must:

• Maintain an active Discord account in good standing.
• Meet Discord minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction.
• Possess appropriate administrative or server management permissions on Discord servers where you configure the Service.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions taken under your authenticated Discord session.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When interacting with the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Submit, upload, or transmit malicious code, viruses, automated scrapers, or exploits intended to disrupt the Service or Discord platform.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe infrastructure vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any individual or entity.
• Generate, store, or distribute illegal content, non-consensual imagery, or fraudulent schemes through ticket channels or transcripts.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to the Service for your account, server, or IP address.

4. Server Administrator Responsibilities

Server administrators who install and configure Taicket on a Discord guild acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for determining which roles and members are granted access to support channels, staff briefings, and transcript archives.
• You are responsible for ensuring that community rules and knowledge base articles provided to TAI comply with all applicable laws and Discord policies.
• You understand that TAI provides AI guidance based on the context provided, but human staff retain ultimate discretion over moderation and community enforcement decisions.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Boost Slots

Taicket offers free features as well as optional premium subscription tiers (such as Pro and Enterprise):

• Boost Slots: Premium subscriptions may be issued as portable Boost Slots tied to your account, allowing you to assign, reassign, or transfer benefits between servers you manage, subject to standard system cooldown periods.
• Billing & Renewals: Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings.
• Refunds: Because digital access and feature enhancements are activated immediately upon purchase, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Grace Periods: In the event of an expired or failed subscription renewal, a temporary grace window may be provided before premium capabilities are restricted.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Service, including logos, visual interfaces, interactive components, software code, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Taicket and its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service solely in connection with your Discord server operations.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to ensure high availability and reliable operation of the Service. However:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all third-party services at all times.
• We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue features of the Service at our discretion to maintain security, improve performance, or comply with platform policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taicket and its developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or server operational disruptions, arising out of or in connection with your access to or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive conduct, or if required to comply with Discord platform directives or legal obligations. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by removing the bot from your Discord servers and logging out of the web control panel.
